When Navy medic Kenneth Morgan returned home to Detroit, it reminded him of a warzone. Kenneth struggled with PTSD and Detroit homeowners struggled to stay in their homes. Then lifelong Detroiter Gloria Jean Lowe began working together with Kenneth and the city's other veterans to make homes greener, more energy efficient and affordable.
